Hidy there, internet blog readers! My name is Corey Ryan Forrester and if you are a fan of mine and have been on one of my social pages even a little bit in the past few months, you have probably noticed a slight change in my lifestyle. -I would like to start off by apologizing for all the shirtless pics and videos I made that were clearly just an excuse to show the flop sweat on my forehead and the weight room in the background.. so you’d know that I’ve been “GOING HARD BRO” - and look, maybe I’ll quit all that soon, but for now you’re going to have to forgive me because, gosh darn it, I am proud of the changes I’ve made!
No, I haven’t always been the sex symbol you see before you today (hush, its true!) and matter of fact, not long ago I had all but completely thrown in the towel on the idea that I could ever have anything resembling a healthy lifestyle. And then along came Uncle Bod!
