6 Quick Bits of Wednesday "Wisdom"


1.) ANY drink can be an energy drink if it's cold OR hot and then you dump it on your head.

2.) If teeth are white, and toothpaste cleans them, all toothpaste is "whitening".

3.) Bodyfat CANNOT turn into muscle, but it does turn into pee, burps, and farts to exit your body once it's burned.

4.) Every beverage with calories is a "weight gainer" if you drink enough of them to gain weight.

5.) Contrary to gym-dork lore, moderate drinking does NOT impair muscle-building. Don't take my word for it, here's a smart-person study.

6.) A Shake Weight can never break, it can only become a regular weight. There would never be a "Shake Weight Temporarily out of Order" sign, only a "Shake Weight Temporarily a Regular Weight; Sorry for the Convenience" (R.I.P. Mitch Hedberg)
